It looks like I’m going to have a lot of bedtime reading tonight!
Let us remember that a whole generation endured over five years of war and even many more years of rationing. They did so without the internet, the television or furloughing.
This is very rough as I penned this while standing in the early morning sun.
Who knows, maybe this will strengthen me to start a novel?
What’s the difference between pandemic and epidemic? What’s worse? What are we currently experiencing?
Whilst we’re in this lockdown and losing track of days, we need to remember that certain days do have a significance to us. There will be anniversaries, birthdays and national days all taking place in lockdown. And just because we’re losing the ability to celebrate these days with others, it doesn’t mean we cannot mark the day in some other way.
